These were the capstone projects for the Grow With Google Project Management Certificate. I dove into it, starting with a deep dive into documents and stakeholder needs. Crafting a clear charter aligned everyone, and I prioritized goals using SMART criteria, ensuring harmony. My meticulousness extended to the detailed plan, drawing from all resources. Effective communication helped me nail timeframes, keeping stakeholders informed. I established robust quality standards, guaranteeing top-notch deliverables. Recognizing the power of qualitative data, I crafted insightful surveys and shared valuable feedback. Finally, my leadership fostered a productive retrospective, building participation, accountability, and a positive path forward. This project was a testament to my meticulous planning, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to quality.
