I began by immersing myself in people who might need tutoring, seeking to understand their needs, aspirations, and pain points. Through in-depth personas, interviews, surveys, and social media analysis, I gained valuable insights into their needs, positive and negative experiences.

This includes Personas, User Stories, and User Journeys.

Leonardo is a man who juggles responsibilities and aspirations. He is the pillar of his family, the trusted colleague and the quiet achiever. He has always tried to continue his growth, fulfillment and the opportunity to recover his passions. The online tutoring service must be more than just a learning platform for Leonardo. It has to be a supportive community that allows him to be the best version of himself, in his career, as a father, and as a man.
