I began by immersing myself in the world of the fans, seeking to understand their needs, aspirations, and pain points. Through in-depth personas, interviews, surveys, and social media analysis, I gained valuable insights into their preferences for album pre-order experiences.

This includes Personas, User Stories, and User Journeys.
